With all of the activities at Bryce, it can be nice to find a peaceful spot for a quiet coffee or snack. Bryce Mountain Escapes is thrilled to introduce our neighbors, Eric and Jennifer, to our guests. They have recently opened Wetlands Trading Company, located on Route 263 as you enter the the Bryce Resort area. Wetlands Trading offers a Gourmet Market, Garden Center and Gift Shoppe with great food and gifts. Its also a relaxing place for visitors to have a fresh cup of coffee and some fresh baked goods while enjoying our ponds. Little ones will enjoy the waterfalls, fish and frogs.
Visitors can enjoy fresh made scones, biscotti, breads, and other light snacks in their beautiful seating areas. Wetlands features their own fresh baked goods as well as breads from local favorite, Woodstock’s Flour & Water. We are thrilled to introduce Wetlands to our guests, especially those who may be in search of quieter activities on the mountain! Its a great breakfast alternative too!
